QUALIFICATION & RECOGNITION
Trainees who successfully complete the training and pass the assessment will be awarded a CIDB Skills Competency Certificate recognizing them as skilled workers.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
✓ Healthy Body.
✓ Can read, write and count.
✓ End of form 3.
✓ Aged 17-35 years for the Youth Program.
✓ Aged 18-55 years for the Construction Personnel Program.
✓ Have a valid Construction Personnel Registration Card and 6 Months of experience in related fields for the Construction Personnel Program.

2 | PCC1 | Precast Concrete Installation Level 1 | Introduction to safety and health practices in the workplace/workshop and basic first aid. ➢ Follow work instructions and job requirements. ➢ Provide precast component storage area and be responsible during component transfer work. ➢ Installing flat pads, levelling bolts, precast wall panels, temporary supports, spread rod supports, cement mortar packs, installing precast rooms, precast beams, precast stairs, precast slabs, precast gutters, bathroom precast as well as achieving maximum quality productivity. ➢ Carry out joint grouting, wet concrete method, concrete slab installation and use current sealant installation work to achieve maximum productivity with the desired quality. ➢ Responsible for performing on-site quality control such as correcting defects in starter bars and carry out precast component crack repair works to comply with precast component quality standards. ➢ Able to comply with safety rules and other regulations |
3 | BLK1 | Lightweight Concrete Block Laying Level 1 | Introduction to safety and health practices in the workplace/workshop and basic first aid. ➢ Follow instructions and work requirements. ➢ Prepare a storage area of light concrete block walls during the mobilization period. ➢ Install flat mortar, lightweight block wall, cement mortar pack to achieve maximum productivity according to quality requirements. ➢ Install waterproofing materials, composite jointing materials, performance blocks, lintels & accessories, construct door & window openings and carry out M&E work to achieve maximum productivity as per quality requirements. ➢ Carry out the instructions of his superiors. ➢ Comply with safety rules and laws. |
4 | RTL1 | ROOF TRUSS INSTALLATION | Introduction to safety and health practices in the workplace/workshop and basic first aid. ➢ Provide activities in the work area such as temporary storage areas, unloading materials, bracing space or wall surface base plate, arranging trusses. ➢ Install roof trusses. ➢ Align and straighten the roof trusses. ➢ Do the fixing of the roof structure. ➢ Housekeeping activities. |
